This policy explains how Steee LLC handles information. Steee LLC is a Kansas limited liability company based in Olathe, Kansas. It operates steee.app and a number of local home service websites under brand names such as JoCo Radon and Springfield MO Septic.

Information we collect

We collect what you give us. On steee.app that is typically your name, email address, and whatever you write in a message to us. On the local service websites it is typically your name, phone number, email address, city, and a description of the work you need.

When you call or text one of our tracking numbers we record the phone number you contacted us from, the time of the contact, and the content of the call or message. Calls are recorded. A recorded announcement tells you this at the start of the call.

How we use it

We use it to respond to you and to pass your request to the contractor who serves your area. We use aggregate, non-identifying information to understand which pages and numbers produce inquiries.

Text messaging

When someone calls or texts the tracking number listed on one of our sites and we do not answer, we send one automated reply acknowledging the contact and asking for the details we need to return the call. Messages are sent only to people who contacted us first. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use the information you provide to send and respond to your messages. That includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for any purpose.

Who we share information with

• The contractor serving your area, when you have asked for work to be quoted or performed.
• Vendors who operate parts of our service, including our call tracking, hosting, and email providers. They may use your information only to provide that service to us.
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with, or where sharing is necessary to protect our rights or property.

We do not sell your information.

Retention

We keep call recordings, messages, and form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to run the business, and then we delete them.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them. Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
